Part 19 of the Master Keys speaks about becoming ‘conscious’ of power. The key to overcoming ‘FEAR’ is to become CONSCIOUS. It is only when we become conscious that the truth cannot hide behind fear any longer. This is when one becomes powerful.
This week I focused on consciously being present when I am eating. I have increasingly become better at doing this since first embarking on the Master Keys in 2017. How can this action help me to become conscious of overcoming fear?
For a start, I recognise fear only comes from thoughts that flood my mind from the past or thoughts that flood my mind from potential future challenges. I train my thoughts to remain in the present moment consciously; fear does not and cannot exist at that moment. I believe there is the secret of life. Train your mind to be conscious at the moment and think of thoughts from the heart that are about the very present moment. The power to overcome fears is found in every present moment.
