Confidence is extremely powerful and essential to bringing forth the ‘idea that chose me’ to make it a reality. When I heard Bob Proctor mention these words it felt empowering.
In the book ‘Being Higher Self’ by Frederick Dodson the following extract has helped me to raise my game because confidence is key to my success.
You see the world as you are. If you think the world is boring, you are. If you think the world is falling apart, chances are high that your own life is falling apart. If you think that God is a punishing and aggressive Being; you are. You may not see to or be aware of it, but being punishing and aggressive is stored in your subconscious, and you’ve projected it onto what you think “God” is. If you think that God is a loving and caring Being; you are. You may not see it or be aware of it, but being loving and caring is stored in your subconscious. If you think that the Universe is full of life and fantastically interesting and amazing places, its because you have such places within. It means you are a fantastically interesting and amazing person.
I recognise that I must honour what every I say – In the Masterkeys, writing “I always keep my promises” is much bigger than I had initially realised. If I say I will meet someone at a certain time, I must keep my promise. Otherwise, I am teaching my subconscious that I am unreliable. So if I meet a person who is unreliable, then on some level, I am unreliable. Equally, my confidence is built if I am able to trust myself. By keeping my promises, I am teaching my subconscious that the things I say are true, that I will do what I say, and that my actions are in alignment with my integrity. It is integrity that builds trust and confidence. It is keeping my word that makes me a more powerful creator.
